On 9 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 135 ordinary shares at a price of 130.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 8,538,592 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,760,556 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
