On 11 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 7,312 ordinary shares at a price of 131.66p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 8,554,735 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,744,413 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
