On 31 October 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 500 ordinary shares at a price of 156.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,125,121 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,174,027 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
