On 28 February 2018, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 167.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 11,499,189 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 110,799,959 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
