On 19 October 2017, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 10,025 ordinary shares at a price of 169.25p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,168,955 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,130,193 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
