On 27 October 2017, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 55 ordinary shares at a price of 170.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,215,034 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,084,114 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
