On 12 January 2018, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 8,395 ordinary shares at a price of 175p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,225,407 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,073,741 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
