On 9 November 2017, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 1,977 ordinary shares at a price of 171.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,217,011 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,082,137 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
