Further to its earlier announcement of 7 March 2018 FastForward Innovations Limited (AIM: FFWD) confirms that Mr Lorne Abony has sold 12,248,436 shares to Mr Peter Saladino at a price of £0.176 (17.6 pence) per share, for total consideration of £2,155,724 (the "Share Sale"). The sale was completed on 7 March 2018.

Following the Share Sale Mr Saladino is interested in 12,248,436 Ordinary Shares representing 9.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury). Following his disposal of shares, Mr Abony is interested in 12,248,434 Ordinary Shares representing 9.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).

FastForward CEO Lorne Abony commented, "I have known Peter for several years. He was an adviser and early-stage seed investor in Nuuvera and I believe will be an invaluable supporter of the Company. I am delighted to welcome him as a shareholder."

The notification set out at the bottom of this Announcement, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail regarding the sale of shares by Mr Abony.

3 Mr Burns' interest in shares is held by Smoke Rise Holdings Limited, a company of which he is the sole shareholder.
