("FastForward" or the "Company")

Holdings in Company

The Company provides the following update in respect of the holdings in the Company following admission to AIM of the shares issued in connection with the placing as announced on 12 February 2016 (the "Placing Shares"). Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the number of ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in issue in the Company increased to 134,108,445 of which 3,158,623 are held in Treasury. The issued voting share capital is 130,949,822 ordinary shares.   

As a result of the change in the number of shares in issue, the Company has been informed of the following changes to significant shareholders:

*Regent Mercantile is owned by a trust under which Stephen Dattels is a discretionary beneficiary.

**Galloway Limited is owned by a trust of which Mr James Mellon is a life tenant.

In addition, the holding of Wendy Polland has now dropped below 3% and is therefore no longer required to be disclosed.
