Investee Company Update: Leap Gaming

FastForward Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses, is pleased to announce that on 30 July 2020, the Malta Gaming Authority ('MGA') granted its investee company Fralis LLC ('Leap Gaming') a Game Supply Licence. FastForward has a 43.4% interest in Leap Gaming.

Ed McDermott, CEO of FastForward, commented: "I am extremely pleased to see continued positive updates from Leap Gaming; holding this licence increases the pool of potential operators Leap can now work with. The Malta Gaming Licence is a hugely important step forward for Leap Gaming and crucially it should unlock a significant number of opportunities in new territories for Yariv and his team to execute. Leap receives Supply License from Malta Gaming Authority

We are excited to share our important news. On July 30, 2020, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) granted Leap a Game Supply License. MGA is one of the most respected licencing authorities globally, and holding a license is seen globally as a vote of confidence. MGA has a stable legal and regulatory framework for operators, service providers, and online players, stringent anti-money-laundering laws, and is in full compliance with EU legislation.
