Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM-listed technology company with a focus on computer vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology and services, announces that it was informed on 30 April 2014 that Mike Roberts, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 2,190,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.25 pence per share on 29 April 2014. Mike sold the shares to Ken Davis, Seeing Machines' recently appointed Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing, to enable him to procure this stake in the Company.
Following the transaction, Mr. Roberts retains a beneficial interest in 13,495,376 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
