Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE) (Seeing Machines or the Company), the AIM listed technology company with a focus on operator monitoring and intervention sensing technologies and services, announces that it was informed on 15 September 2014 that Mike Roberts, a non-executive director of the Company sold 8,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.22 pence per share, for personal reasons, on 15 September 2014.

Following the transaction Mr Roberts retains a beneficial interest of 4,995,376 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
