           NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST OF DIRECTOR AND CONNECTED PERSONS


The Company received advice on 16 October 2007 that Paula Sale, the wife of
Director Rob Sale, has on 5 October 2007 transferred 1,033,400 Ordinary Shares
previously held in her name to Caffe Pty Ltd the trustee for the family
superannuation fund. The transfer was done as an off market transaction at 2.125
pence per share. The total value of the transfer is £21,959.75.


There is no change in the total holding of Rob and Paula Sale, both direct and
indirect, of 5,115,512 Ordinary Shares which is 1.93% of the total number of
shares on issue.
