                      NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST



The Company received advice on 7 November 2007 that Nick Cerneaz, a director of
the Company, has on 2 November 2007 transferred 1,467,332 Ordinary Shares
previously held in his name to Cenika Pty Ltd the trustee for his superannuation
fund. The transfer was done as an off market transaction at 2.5 pence per share.
The total value of the transfer is £36,683.30.

There is no change in the total beneficial holding of Nick Cerneaz of 1,467,332
which is 0.47% of the total number of shares on issue.
