Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, was notified on 13 December 2021 that Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited, a person closely associated with the Company's Non-Executive Director, Michael Brown, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 11 pence each on 9 December 2021.
Following this transaction, Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited has an interest in 694,406,762 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
