Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 11 January 2023, Istabraq Pty Limited (Katmai Investments A/C), a person closely associated with the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Martin Ive, purchased a total of 449,972 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.4 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase by Istabraq Pty Limited (Katmai Investments A/C) and the purchase by Marrach Super Pty Ltd (Ive Family Super Fund A/C) yesterday, Mr Ive is now beneficially interested in 1,349,972 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
