'The Company was informed on 5 July 2006 'that on the 5th July 2006 JATS
Technology Pty Limited ('JATS') transferred a total of 1,823,317 ordinary shares
(representing 0.71%) to the individuals who are beneficially entitled to them.



Consequently, JATS now holds a total of 85,417,493 shares representing 33.45% of
the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.  Dr Alexander Zelinsky remains
interested in 25% of JATS.'
