Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), an industry leader in computer vision based technologies which enable machines to see, understand and assist people, announces that Peter Housden has tendered his resignation as Non-executive Director to allow him to spend more time on other commitments. He will step down from the Board with immediate effect.
Seeing Machines Executive Chairman, Ken Kroeger commented: "On behalf of the Board, we would like to acknowledge the contribution of Peter Housden to the Company as a director over the past 16 months. His experience and support has been valuable in that time and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
