Seeing Machines' Operator Safety Division announces further rollout with BHP Billiton
Mt Arthur Coal
Canberra, Australia, 24 April 2014 - Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention, announces today that its Operator Safety Division has received an additional order from BHP Billiton Mt Arthur Coal (ASX: BHP) for a further 40 DSS fatigue and distraction monitoring systems.
The systems will be installed at BHP Billiton Mt Arthur Coal mine in New South Wales, Australia, after the successful 15 vehicle DSS system trial announced in June 2013. The value of this extended deployment is over A$630,000, bringing the total fatigue monitoring coverage to 55 of Mt Arthurs' 100+ trucks.
