'On 24 January 2006, City Equities Limited purchased 9,333,000 shares
representing approximately 3.65% of the enlarged Issued Share Capital.


Having sold (acting as Principal) 8,030,000 of these shares to certain of our
private customers, please be advised that City Equities Limited now holds
1,303,000 shares and, therefore, no longer has a notifiable interest.'
