The Company was informed by letter dated 2 June 2006, received on 5 June 2006,
that: 'the Channel Island subsidiaries of RBC Holdings (Channel Islands) Limited
(which itself, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada) hold an
aggregate total of 8,000,000 Ordinary NPV shares in Seeing Machines Limited'.
Based on the shares in issue of 255,872,531 this represents a holding of 3.13%.
