Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed technology company with a focus on operator monitoring and intervention sensing technologies and services, was informed on 12 August 2015 that on 26 June 2015 the Royal Bank of Canada purchased 2,773,485 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
Following the purchase, the Royal Bank of Canada now holds 58,296,875 Ordinary Shares, equating to 6.20 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
