Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), an industry leader in computer vision technologies which enable machines to see, understand and assist people, announces that on 11 August 2017 the Company was informed that on 8 August 2017, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited (a subsidiary of Pengana Capital Group Ltd) decreased its interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from 233,112,422 Ordinary Shares to 209,612,422 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.10 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
