'City Equities Limited purchased 10,000,000 shares in the recent AIM Admission
Placing, representing approximately 3.92% of the enlarged Issued Share Capital.



Please be advised that, having sold all of these shares to certain of our
private customers, acting as Principal, City Equities Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the shares of Seeing Machines Limited'.
