ReTIREMENT of DIRECTOR
Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), a leading developer of advanced vision based industrial systems, announces today the retirement of James Fulton Muir as a director of the Company.
Mr Muir has served the company as a director from its inception in 2000 and he led the company at its listing on AIM in 2005 and served as Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2009.
Chairman Bill Mobbs commenting on Mr Muir's retirement said "Fulton has been an outstanding ambassador and servant of the company over many years and under his stable guidance the company has managed the transition from small start-up to the company we see today with a number of products in the market that will deliver growth and a return to shareholders. I join with all my other colleagues on the Board and the management and staff of the Company in thanking Mr Muir for the contribution he has made and wish him all the best for the future."
