SEGRO plc (the Company)

Availability of the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts

The 2017 Annual Report and Accounts is now available to view at www.SEGRO.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/financial-reports.  

As well as the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, the following documents will also be made available to shareholders of the Company from 9 March 2018:

·      Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting;

·      Proxy Form for the 2018 Annual General Meeting;

·      Scrip Dividend Scheme Booklet; and

·      Mandate Form for the Scrip Dividend Scheme.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1., a copy of each of these documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available to view on 9 March 2018 or shortly thereafter. The Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website from this date.
