Director Declaration

Further to the announcement made on 15 January 2016, Gerald Corbett has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from today and will succeed Nigel Rich as Chairman after the AGM on 22 April 2016. 

Mr Corbett currently holds the beneficial interest in 53,300 ordinary shares in the Company.
