notified that Stichting Pensioenfonds ('ABP'),  acting as agents for its
discretionary clients hold (either directly or indirectly) a beneficial interest
and a  non-beneficial interest of 20,951,282 ordinary shares of 25p each
representing a total interest of 5.00% of the issued  share capital of the
company.
