notified that Barclays plc, acting as  agents for its discretionary clients hold
(either directly or indirectly) a beneficial interest of 20,808,484 ordinary 
shares of 25p each representing 4.96% and a non-beneficial interest of 8,235,347
ordinary shares of 25p each  representing 1.96% with a total interest of 6.92%
of the issued share capital of the company.
