SLOUGH ESTATES APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Slough Estates today announces the appointment of Mr.
Stephen Howard as a non-executive director.
Stephen Howard is Group Chief Executive of the Cookson Group
plc, an appointment he has held since 1997. He is an
American aged 48 and his other appointments include a non-
executive directorship of Novar plc .
Commenting on his appointment, Slough Estates' Chairman, Sir
Nigel Mobbs, said: 'Stephen Howard's general business
experience and his American background will be a valuable
addition to the Board.'
