The Company announces that John Hustler, a Director of the Company, has
purchased 5,000 ordinary 50p shares at a price of 98p through the offer for
subscription, representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital.  Mr
Hustler had no existing holding in the Company prior to this purchase.
