Directors' Dealings
Hygea VCT plc announces that yesterday, AXA Self-Invested Pension Plan on behalf
of Mr John Hustler, a director of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares
at a price of 56 pence per share. Mr Hustler is now interested in 110,000
ordinary shares, representing 1.36% per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
In addition, James Otter, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 10,000
ordinary shares at a price of 58 pence per share. Mr Otter is now interested in
24,050 ordinary shares, representing 0.30% per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.
