Result of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of BioScience VCT plc, which was held yesterday,
all resolutions were passed. As a result of this, the Board is able to 
announce that the agreement with Medical Marketing International Group plc for
the early termination of the Technology Adviser agreement has now become 
unconditional. In addition, the change of name of the Company to Hygea VCT plc
will now be implemented.
