Additional Listing

A listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 4,997,357 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued
fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary shares of the Company.

The total application comprises a block listing application for 3,000,000
shares, to be issued pursuant to the Senior plc Executive Share Option Scheme,
and a formal listing application for 1,997,357 shares.
