Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Senior plc is pleased to announce the appointment, with effect from 1 February
2001 of Martin Clark as a Non-Executive Director.
Aged 55, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director of BPB plc and from 1997 to 2000 was
the Group Finance Director of Caradon plc. Previous to that, he was also Group
Finance Director at Associated British Foods plc and Northern Foods plc and
held senior finance positions at Simon Engineering plc.
Commenting on the appointment, Dr Alan Watkins, Chairman of Senior plc, said
'We are very pleased that Mr Clark is joining us, he has a wealth of
experience to bring to the Board which will make a valuable and significant
contribution to the Group.'
