Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Charles Berry, Chairman and a non-executive Director of the Company, intends to stand down from the Board of Securities Trust Scotland plc, having served as a director on its board since 2005, by not seeking re-election at its AGM on 16 July 2013.  Securities Trust Scotland plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
