Senior plc has been notified that on 20 November 2008, Mark Rollins, the Company's Group Chief Executive, purchased 100,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 31.22 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the combined holding of Mr and Mrs Rollins is 450,000 shares, representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
