Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 27 May 2011, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 13,879 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 151.8 pence per share.  They immediately acquired 13,927 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company at the same price per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 188,627 shares in the Company.
