Senior plc has been notified that on 14 September 2012, Rob Hancock, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 9,400 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 213.26 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Hancock hold 51,704 shares in the Company.
