Subject to the terms of the Plan, the awards will ordinarily vest three years after the date of grant, subject to the grantee's continued employment within the Company's Group until such time. No consideration was paid for the grant of these awards and no consideration is due on the vesting of these awards.
Only existing ordinary shares sourced via the Company's employee benefit trust will be used to satisfy the awards. No newly issued or treasury shares will be used in connection with the Plan.
