Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Senior plc is pleased to announce the appointment, with effect from
21 December 2005 of Ian Much (61), as a Non-Executive Director.

Commenting on the appointment, James Kerr-Muir, Chairman of Senior plc, said:

extensive experience in multi-national companies operating in the engineering,
aerospace and automotive sectors.'

De La Rue plc           Executive Director (01/09/98 to 31/05/04)
Manchester United plc   Non-executive Director (01/01/00 to 06/06/05).
