Paragraph 16.7 of The Listing Rules
Please be advised that, with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM
held on Friday 11 May 2001 Dr A K Watkins retired as Chairman and resigned from
the Board and that Mr J R Kerr-Muir, an existing non-executive Director of the
Company, was appointed Chairman. Mr J L Hudson also resigned from his
non-executive Directorship of the Board at that time.
