Lagos and London, 1 July 2019:  Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc ("Seplat" or the "Company"), a leading Nigerian indigenous oil and gas company dual-listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, will host a capital markets event at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos for analysts and investors on Tuesday 9^th of July at 13:30 (Lagos time).

The session will focus on the Assa North and Ohaji South ("ANOH") greenfield gas and condensate development project, in Nigeria. A Final Investment Decision was taken by Seplat to invest in the ANOH project, as announced in the Company's 2018 full year results on 6 March 2019. The session will include presentations from the Seplat management team.
