EX-DIVIDEND DATE AMENDMENT
Lagos and London - 04 March 2021: Seplat announced on 01 March 2021, in conjunction with its full year 2020 audited results, a proposed final dividend for 2020. The ex-dividend date and the date for determining foreign exchange rate for this dividend have been amended to 30 April 2021 and not 3 May 2021 as previously announced. This change is as a result of the Early May Bank Holiday in the UK.
