In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers & Mergers, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc (the "Company") confirms that, as at close of business on 22 December 2014, the Company had 553,310,313 ordinary shares of 0.50 Naira each in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The International Securities Identification Number for the Company's ordinary shares is NGSEPLAT0008.
