Further to the announcement of the preliminary results (unaudited) on
30 April 2001 the despatch of the report and financial statements has
been postponed pending finalisation of the circular relating to the Company's
proposed merger of with Bertam Holdings PLC.


The report and financial statements are now expected to be despatched to
members on or shortly after, Friday 11 May 2001 as soon as the relevant merger
documentation has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
