Company, its interest in the share capital of the Company has  fallen
below 9.00%.   Barclays  Stockbrokers  Limited has  advised  that  it
currently has  an  interest  in 12,610,116  ordinary  shares  in  the
capital of the Company, representing 8.99% of the ordinary shares  in
issue.  Barclays Stockbrokers Limited holds only an indirect interest
over the voting  rights of these  shares and the  shares are held  on
behalf of a number of clients of Barclays Stockbrokers Limited.
