Notification of Holding

Serabi Mining plc ('the Company') advises that it has been notified that McRae
Investments Pty Limited ('McRae') has disposed of 5.25 million shares in the
Company reducing its holding to 22,049,651 shares representing 19.93% of the
issued capital of the Company.

Mr WM Clough, a director of the Company, is a director of and has a minority
shareholding in McRae. As a result of this disposal of shares by McRae, Mr WM
Clough is deemed to have a beneficial interest in a total of 40,078,617 shares
representing 36.22% of the issued capital.
