                  NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SPECIAL MEETING


As previously announced on 16 May 2011, the Company's Annual General Meeting
will be held on 27th June 2011, at the offices of Farrer & Co. London WC2A 3LH
England at 2.00 pm.   The Company has issued the formal notice of the meeting,
together with proxy voting forms and the Company's 2010 Annual Report, copies of
which are available from the Company's website atwww.serabimining.com

Graham Roberts will not be standing for re-election as a director at the Annual
General Meeting and the Board thanks him for his substantial contribution to the
development of the Company over the last seven years.

Certain resolutions to be proposed at the meeting will be special resolutions
requiring approval of more than 75% of the votes cast. Under Canadian National
Instrument 54-101, the meeting therefore also constitutes a Special Meeting.
